For over a decade, the IACC has proudly played a key role in the Ospitalità Italiana restaurant certification program, which recognizes Italian restaurants worldwide that embody the highest standards of authenticity.

On May 23, 2025, we had the honor of awarding 30 New York-area restaurants with the Ospitalità Italiana certification in recognition of their dedication to upholding the integrity of Italy’s culinary heritage, for their use of PDO and PGI-certified products from Italy and their commitment to safeguarding the richness and authenticity of Italian cuisine around the world.
