The Italian desk of Deloitte in the US (based in New York City) is comprised of Italian professionals able to play a key role in connecting the Italian investors (from small-medium enterprises to large public companies) with the US tax system and business environment in general.  In addition, Deloitte has formed a specialized tax group, the “U.S. Inbound Investment” services group which deals solely with the tax issues of non-U.S. investors.  This group of over 100 Tax specialists of Deloitte can help the foreign investors explore potentially tax-efficient structures for acquisition, financing, repatriation, and disposition.  The “U.S. Inbound Investment” services group can also help the foreign investors understand current and planned changes to U.S. tax laws and offers tax advice throughout the investment life cycle.
