On December 10, 2025, Italian Cuisine made history by receiving UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage recognition. For the first time, UNESCO honored an entire national cuisine rather than specific aspects or traditions, celebrating not only Italian food but also the people, stories, and values that bring it to life.

Thanks to the Ospitalità Italiana program, promoted by Unioncamere in collaboration with ISNART, we support Italian restaurants, pizzerie, and gelaterie that uphold the highest standards of authenticity, quality, and gastronomic tradition, promoting the true Made in Italy experience worldwide.
